Payment, Urgent Orders, Delivery & Pick Up Option
Payments ~ Kiss and Carry online store payments We accept payments via Paypal. Credit card payments may only be processed through your paypal account. Please select the Paypal payment option at the online checkout.
To pay via Direct Bank Deposit or money order choose Print Order Form at the checkout and all payment instructions will be on this form.
Should you require confirmation of our Bank Account details for a Direct Deposit please email us at contact@ kissandcarry.com.au or use the contact fill in page.
If you have proceeded past the Payment Option page & experience difficulties completing your payment please do not hesitate to contact us to assist you through this final stage of the order process.

Kiss and Carry post & pickup options
Post
Most orders are shipped using Australia Post & calculated on weight. To give you an indication of postage cost, as of May 2012 the base increment for parcels under 500gram is $6.60 anywhere in Australia. Should our automated shipping calculator be much higher than actual postage cost we will email you a discount coupon code that be used with your next purchase as we do not aim to overcharge for freight.
NB: If your order will not fit into an average size letter box we will always request that the package be taken to the nearest post office for collection should no one be home.
You can select not to have this option at the checkout if you have a secure place for larger packages to be left.
Please advise of this alternative secure location package is to be left if possible.
Catering supplies by carton quantity may be sent via courier due to weight and size. We will contact you to discuss the best freight method for your order and location.
Pickup
We also offer a pick up option for your purchases from our studio at Vincentia, NSW.
To choose pickup just email us when placing your order prior to payment and we will adjust your total amount payable to reflect this option.
We will email you a detailed map, directions & agreed time & once payment is received will package your purchase ready for pick up.
Our pickup service is very popular for buying those gifts for saying thanks for "watering my garden", "feeding my pets" or "sharing your home" leaving you more time to enjoy your holiday as well as kissing beautiful Jervis Bay with a donation from your purchase!
